Get to know me better
Cooking is one of my favorite ways to create, especially traditional Mexican cuisine.
My career post High School was soley focused on cooking and the love I had cultivated for it growing up. Life took its turns and I ended up brewing in Mexico for many years but I have never stopped cooking and expanding my knowledge of it. Today I am looking to share traditional, real, Mexican food, way beyond the limited scope of the average American.
I am not limited to Hispanic foods, Japanese cuisine and American cuisine are something that grew up very closely to me also. I am down to experiment and create fusion dishes. Lastly, I have always enjoyed the creativeness that comes from making a dish with whatever ingredients there are available in the kitchen.
