The Pixie Chef is a private chef and catering brand serving bold Caribbean-inspired cuisine with creativity, flavor and unforgettable experiences.
I am Alaiza, the self-taught chef and creative mind behind The Pixie Chef. I am originally from New York with Trinidadian roots, Caribbean food has always been apart of my life. Over the years, I turned something that started as simply cooking for my loved ones into a passion for creating memorable culinary experiences.
I specialize in bold, flavorful Caribbean inspired cuisine, but I’m also passionate about exploring different cuisines and taking on new challenges. I’m very creative in the kitchen and never shy away from trying something new. If you bring me an idea, I will find a way to bring it to life.
Whether it’s an intimate dinner, celebration, or special event, my goal is to make every meal feel personal, exciting and unforgettable. I’m not afraid to think outside the box and I’m very confident in what I do and create.
