I am a professionally trained private chef with 15 years expierence from the Netherlands, with a strong background in fine dining, luxury hospitality and private catering.

My cooking style is rooted in **French cuisine, combined with modern techniques and Asian influences**. I focus on refined but approachable food, using high-quality ingredients, balanced flavours and clean presentation to create a complete dining experience for my guests.

I completed a **four-year professional culinary education in the Netherlands as an Independent Working Chef** and gained experience in several respected restaurants and hotels, including **Brass Boer Bonaire, Ingredients Bonaire, By Taste Eys, Pura Valkenburg, Kasteel Vaalsbroek and Kasteel TerWorm**.

During my career, I have had the opportunity to work under highly regarded chefs including **Ralf Berendsen and Andy Brauers**, which helped shape my technical foundation and attention to detail.

Alongside restaurant and private dining experience, I have cooked for a variety of high-profile clients, including **Formula 1 World Champion Max Verstappen**, and have prepared personalised meal-prep programmes for numerous professional athletes.

As a private chef, my goal is not simply to serve great food, but to create a relaxed and memorable experience around the table. I adapt my menus to the occasion, location and preferences of my guests, from intimate private dinners and villa experiences to events, retreats and performance-focused meals.
