I am a chef specializing in Italian cuisine, with experience across different areas of the culinary industry since 2021. My passion for cooking started at a young age and led me to study Gastronomy at SENA in Pasto. My Italian roots have deeply influenced the way I understand food and hospitality. I specialize in sourdough pizza, pasta, and traditional Italian cuisine, always respecting the ingredients, techniques, and essence of each dish. Today, I am the chef and creator behind Bambarina, where I bring this philosophy to the table through warm, authentic, and memorable dining experiences.
