Executive & Private Chef with 20+ years of experience, specializing in luxury villa dining, bespoke events and international cuisine.
I am an Executive and Private Chef with over 20 years of professional culinary experience and more than 15 years living and working in Thailand.
My background includes luxury private villas, private households, yachts, restaurants, destination weddings and bespoke events. I am the founder of Samui Fine Catering, established on Koh Samui in 2012, and have extensive experience creating private dining experiences for international guests.
My cooking combines strong French and Italian foundations with Japanese, Nikkei, Mediterranean and Thai influences. I particularly enjoy working with premium seafood, quality meats and fresh local ingredients.
I create everything from relaxed family-style villa dinners and BBQs to elegant multi-course dining, tasting menus and special celebrations. Menus can be tailored to dietary requirements, children and individual guest preferences.
For me, private dining is not simply about preparing great food — it is about creating a memorable experience around the table.
