Great evening and exception dinning experience

Laurent cooked amazing dishes for my husband’s surprise birthday dinner. He’s very polite, professional, very accommodating, cooks delicious and very good looking meals, is friendly and kind. Highly recommended for anyone looking for something special.

Nate was fabulous. He was easy to communicate with leading up to our reservation and was punctual. The food was incredible- best meal of our time in Canmore. He was so nice to accommodate the kids requests and each dish was delicious. Generous portions and his presentation and clean up was impeccable. Would book with him again and highly recommend.

Chris was positively amazing! She helped me choose an amazing menu, and had great communication ahead of the dinner. She was quite professional and just took over the kitchen! From prep, cooking and clean up she did it all. The food was absolutely sensational. This was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend! If you rent a house this is a must do, it’s affordable, delicious and an amazing experience! Our menu for reference was four cheese fondue, Majorcan burrata, traditional paella, and almond cake with orange sorbet. All delicious!

Chef Jacob and team were absolutely amazing. We truly enjoyed their presence as well as their food. Would definitely hire again!

Great experience

Chef Otar was phenomenal! He arrived early and allowed us to put our toddler down for bed before getting the evening started. The food was delicious and very filling! I would definitely recommend Chef Otar to others looking for a private experience!

Having Chef Daipol Was an amazing experience. I was visiting Santa Marta for the first time with my spouse and his family. We wanted a Colombian inspired dinner and he delivered. Every dish was amazing. He served our appetizers while we lounged and had cocktails. We moved to the formal dining for the rest of the amazing dinner. I cannot remember his assistants name but he was also great. The service and food were top notch. I highly recommend.

Alejandro came and cooked an amazing dinner for us. He explained each dish, had selected incredible local ingredients and was clearly very proud of the local specialties which were all delicious. He was so easy to communicate with and happy to accommodate some allergies and dietary requirements in our group. Every dish was delicious and I would recommend Alejandro to anyone and everyone!

Phenomenal experience. We chose to learn and cook with the chef. It was educational and the things we learned will help us improve our dining experiences for the rest of our lives

Chef Timothy did an extraordinary job creating a memorable and luxurious-feeling dinner for us to celebrate our elopement. He created a 6 course meal complete with appetizers, wine, and local cuisine. He got started setting up while we were still out, as we requested, and when we got to our cabin appetizers and wine were waiting for us. He was discreet and quiet, allowing us to continue with our celebration.

We hired Chef Florence for a private dinner celebrating my mother-in-law’s birthday, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. An easy 10/10. Florence was incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout the planning process. About a week or so before the dinner, we had a lengthy conversation to go through the menu and all the details, and she was wonderful about accommodating a guest’s food allergy. What really impressed us was that the accommodation never felt like a compromise. The adjusted dishes still felt completely intentional and complete. The dinner itself was exceptional. The crudo was fantastic, and both the sea bass and chicken mains were outstanding. Really, everything Florence served was excellent. The pacing of the evening was also perfect. Courses arrived effortlessly, with plenty of time for conversation in between. Nothing ever felt rushed, but there was also never a point where we were waiting around wondering what was next. Florence herself was warm, pleasant, and a wonderful presence in our home. My mother-in-law had been practicing her French ahead of her birthday, and she absolutely loved getting the opportunity to chat with Florence in French during the evening. It was a small personal touch that made an already special night even more memorable. At the end of the evening, our kitchen was left exactly as she’d found it. Dishes clean, counters clean, and everything tidy. Great food, a genuinely lovely person to work with, and an incredibly positive experience all around. I would 100% hire Chef Florence again for another special dinner and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a private chef.

Laura gave us an absolutely superb meal from start to finish. The food was beautifully prepared, delicious and presented to a very high standard. Communication before the evening was excellent, so everything felt effortless and well organised. Laura was warm, professional and a pleasure to have in our holiday home. Just as impressively, when she left, the kitchen was immaculate and all the crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment had been cleaned and put in order. A wonderful evening and a first-class experience. We would recommend Laura without hesitation and would be delighted to have her cook for us again.

We’ve used personal chefs at home before, and this was easily the best experience we’ve had. The food was excellent from beginning to end. The pear salad was probably the biggest surprise. It was fresh, balanced, and unexpectedly one of our favorite dishes of the evening. My husband normally doesn’t like nuts, but he ate all, and loved it! This salad had many fresh herbs and ingredients- it was unique and so special! The ratatouille was beautifully done, with the vegetables thinly sliced and the outstanding sauce served alongside rather than overwhelming them. It was a simple detail, but it made the dish feel especially thoughtful. The mushroom risotto was outstanding; it was genuinely the best risotto I’ve ever had. It was rich and creamy without feeling overly heavy, and the mushrooms really came through. The braised chicken was incredibly tender, flavorful, and exactly what you hope for from a slow-braised dish. Another thing that really impressed us was how much care he puts into sourcing his ingredients. He uses fresh, organic ingredients as much as possible, shopping at farmers markets, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe’s. That level of attention isn’t something you always see with an in-home chef, and it says a lot about how seriously he takes the quality of what he serves. What really elevated the evening, though, was the overall experience. He introduced and explained each course as he served it, helped us with our wine selections, and was knowledgeable without ever being pretentious. He was also extremely kind, humble, and comfortable to have in our home. There was a real sense of care in both the cooking and the presentation. We would absolutely have him cook for us again.
