I am a 27-year-old chef from Myanmar currently living in Koh Samui. I have over 10 years of professional culinary experience, including work as a Sous Chef at Explorar Adults Only Hotel & Resort , La Paloudiere Restaurant in France and the American Ambassador’s Residence in Yangon.
