I’m a Nepalese chef with professional experience specialising in Italian cuisine.
Over the years, I’ve developed a strong passion for Italian cooking, from fresh pasta and traditional sauces to carefully prepared meat dishes and classic Italian desserts. Working in an Italian restaurant has taught me the importance of quality ingredients, proper technique and attention to detail.
I love bringing the flavours and traditions of Italian cuisine into a private dining experience, while adding my own personality and passion as a chef.
My cooking includes Italian favourites such as Classic Carbonara, Tagliatelle ai Funghi Misti, Asparagus Risotto, Saltimbocca alla Romana, Burrata and homemade-style desserts including Tiramisù and Panna Cotta.
