I am a professional chef with over five years of experience in commercial kitchens and private events. Having worked in hospitality since the age of 16, I have built a strong foundation across both front-of-house and kitchen operations. After graduating from culinary school in 2022, I continued developing my craft in New Zealand's fine dining restaurants, where I have worked since moving to the country in 2019, refining my skills in technique, creativity, and guest-focused hospitality.
