I am a professional Chef with 15 years of experience in the culinary industry. I lived in Seattle Washington over 20 years. From 2006 to 2009 I worked at the S.U. campus where at the time Bon appetit was running the kitchen, it was one of the many great experiences I've had. I had the opportunity to get familiar with the asian cuisine of the region like Teriyaki, Asian fusions. From fresh salads to Pastas to southern BBQ I can put my own touch with passion to make your gathering extra joyfully.
