With more than 15 years of experience in catering, 5-star hotels, restaurants and luxury private villas, I have built my career around delivering high-quality food and exceptional dining experiences.
My experience includes working at Amanzoe, one of Greece’s most prestigious luxury resorts, as well as working as a Private Chef for a high-profile private client at a luxury villa in Porto Heli.
I specialise in Modern Greek, Mediterranean cuisine, creating personalised menus tailored to each guest’s preferences and the occasion.
I am highly efficient in demanding environments and under tight deadlines, with excellent organisational and multitasking skills. I am proactive, flexible and calm under pressure, while maintaining a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
I bring a combination of professional experience, creativity and genuine passion for food, with the goal of making every private dining experience memorable.
