My passion for cooking comes from a deep love for blending cultures through food — especially bringing together the richness of different cuisines.
I’m a professional chef whose path led me from Turkey to France, after receiving a job offer from a French restaurant. Before making the move, I taught gastronomy as a culinary instructor and ran my own private chef and catering service — including working as a personal chef for French basketball player Nando de Colo in Istanbul. Now settled in Paris, I’m picking that journey back up — bringing the same passion for private dining and catering to a new home.
