I am Jordan, and I am the chef and co-founder of Sweet & Salted.
Since I was young, cooking has always been a way for me to share, bring people together, and create memories. I love taking people on a journey through my dishes by adding my own personal touch, inspired by world cuisines, seasonal ingredients, and my own story.
Every recipe is created with high standards, but above all with heart. My goal is not only to cook, but to create an experience and convey emotions.
Today, my greatest motivation is to continue sharing this passion, to help my region shine, and to show that food is a wonderful universal language that brings people together.
