I’m an Italian Executive Chef with an international career that has taken me from Italy and London to Asia, the Caribbean and the Middle East. I’ve worked across high-end restaurants, openings and large international operations, developing a style that combines Italian and Mediterranean roots with influences from around the world. I’m hands-on, curious and always looking for the balance between great food, simplicity and creativity.
