I was able to gain the knowledge and curriculum of culinary from the institute of Capsicum culinary studio based in port elizabeth. And also industry placement from 5 star rating hotels like Raddison Blu and Boardwalk hotel. As a self taught cook for years, I have honed my skills in flavors and modern cooking techniques and am still learning to broaden my skills. i’m dedicated to delivering exceptional dishes that delight the senses and leave long lasting impressions.
