Cooking has always been my passion and profession
With 18 years of professional cooking experience, i have built my career in Poland and the UK, working across restaurants, hotels, and fine dining enviroments. I trained in Michelin-starred restaurant such as Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, The Fat Duck, and Alcron in Prague. These experiences shaped my style, precise and detail-oriented, yet creative and approchable.
Today, I create private dining experiences that blend Polish Tradition, Asian influences, and Italian comfort. My goal is always to suprise quest with flavors that feel both familiar and exciting.
