Middle Eastern-trained Chef with professional experience in the Middle East, having worked with Grand Hyatt Doha and Shangri-La Oman. I’m well-versed in Middle Eastern, Indian, Western, and Mediterranean cuisines, with a passion for bringing different culinary traditions together.
Today, I work as a Culinary Instructor and Chef Consultant, sharing my experience with aspiring chefs while continuing to develop menus and culinary concepts. I also offer private chef experiences, creating personalized meals for intimate gatherings and special occasions.
I believe food is more than just a meal—it’s a way to create conversations, connect with people, and share a piece of my journey through cooking.
