I'm Jason — a chef with over 18 years of experience running kitchens as an Executive Chef and Operating Partner in the U.S. Over the years I've led teams of 20+, built menus from scratch, and managed everything from high-volume service to intimate private events, always with the same focus: real hospitality and food people remember.

I recently made the move to Panama, and I'm excited to bring that same passion into people's homes here — cooking exactly the kind of meal you're craving, whether that's a relaxed family dinner, a romantic night in, or a celebration with friends. I handle everything from the shopping to the cleanup, so all you have to do is enjoy the evening.
