Passionate about food and creating personal experiences. I believe food should be enjoyed socially.
I am a professional chef with over 18 years of experience in both commercial and private catering. Through put my career I have been fortunate enough to work alongside some amazing chefs and hospitality staff. I have worked with people from all over the world in most environments and have worked up to and including 2 rosette standards.
I decided to leave commercial catering and pursue a self employed career in private catering to allow me to have more time with family and doing g the things I love.

I am fortunate enough to be able to say I was trained in a classical manner and developed my skills etc over my career allowing for different styles.
A cooking secret...
I would say my secret in the kitchen is that it is where I feel most comfortable. The kitchen is my happy place and I believe my cooking shows this.
