I’m a passionate and highly experienced professional chef with over 18 years in the culinary industry, working across private dining, hospitality, large-scale catering and events.

Throughout my career, I have developed a versatile cooking style influenced by Mediterranean, Modern European, French, Italian, Pan-Asian, Japanese, Middle Eastern, Mexican and fusion cuisine. I love combining classic techniques with modern presentation, always focusing on fresh, high-quality ingredients and memorable flavours.

My experience ranges from intimate fine-dining dinners and multi-course tasting menus to weddings, birthdays, corporate events, BBQs, sharing feasts and large celebrations. I’m equally comfortable creating an elegant dinner for a small group or managing catering for hundreds of guests.

I also hold a Level 5 qualification in Nutrition and Diet, allowing me to create delicious health-focused menus and confidently accommodate different dietary requirements and lifestyles.

For me, private dining is about much more than cooking. I want every guest to enjoy restaurant-quality food in the comfort of their own home while feeling completely relaxed. I take care of every detail, from menu planning and preparation to presentation, service and leaving the kitchen clean.

Waiting staff, crockery, cutlery, glassware, BBQ equipment, mobile bar and cocktail service can also be provided when required.
