About Me

I’m Treasure Ruach Jehovah-Rapha, a private chef and bulk meal-prep specialist based in Abuja, passionate about making wholesome, well-prepared meals convenient, organized and enjoyable.

I specialize in bulk cooking and personalized meal preparation, working closely with each client to understand their food preferences, lifestyle and health goals. Whether you need meals prepared for the week, food for your family, or a beautifully organized menu for a private gathering or house party, I bring a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to every kitchen.

For me, great cooking goes beyond taste. Hygiene, organization and proper food handling are essential. I maintain clean preparation practices, keep my workspace orderly, pay attention to food handling and storage, and ensure meals are properly portioned and labelled so they are easy to identify and enjoy throughout the week.

My background in food photography and videography has also developed my eye for beautiful food presentation, while my professional experience in research, production and coordination has strengthened my ability to plan, communicate effectively and work professionally with clients.

I’m available for Saturday and Sunday engagements across Abuja, including private-home meal preparation, weekly bulk cooking, family meals, intimate dining and house parties.
