Iam a professional chef with a diploma in culinary arts from the culinary school of Uganda, after school I joined Sheraton hotel Kampala for 4 months internship in different kitchen department where much of interests were in Asian cuisine and pastry plus bakery, currently working in tilenga project as Chinese cuisine sous chef for two years now
