My name is Chef Evangelos Christopoulos, a Greek-born professional chef based in the Dominican Republic. I currently work as a Specialty Chef at The St. Regis Cap Cana, where I lead professional kitchen teams and create high-level culinary experiences in a luxury hospitality environment.
