I’m a Berlin-based cook and food entrepreneur with more than ten years of experience in catering, private events and food projects.

Living abroad, travelling and working closely with chefs and cooks from different cultural backgrounds have strongly shaped the way I cook. My starting point is often the food I grew up with, but over the years my cooking has become much broader: I enjoy discovering new ingredients, techniques and flavour combinations and bringing them naturally into my own kitchen.

I like food that feels generous, balanced and full of character rather than overly complicated. Sometimes this means staying very close to tradition; other times it means combining familiar recipes with ingredients or influences discovered somewhere else.

For private dinners, I especially enjoy understanding who I am cooking for and creating a menu that reflects the occasion, the guests and the atmosphere they want to create.
