I’m a passionate professional chef and Kitchen Manager with a background in luxury hospitality, cruise-ship kitchens, and high-volume restaurant operations. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with different cuisines, cooking styles, and guests from around the world.

My cooking is inspired by my Indian roots and my international culinary experience. I enjoy combining authentic Indian flavours with modern techniques and presentation, while also creating customized menus based on each guest’s preferences.

For me, a private dining experience is about more than just preparing great food. It’s about creating an evening that feels personal, relaxed, and memorable. Whether it’s a romantic dinner for two, a family celebration, a birthday, or an intimate gathering with friends, I take care of the details so you can enjoy the experience with your guests.
