With experience serving owners, charter guests, and crew aboard yachts ranging from 40 to over 65 metres, I thrive in high pressure environments where discretion, organization, and attention to detail are essential. My passion is crafting fresh, seasonal, restaurant quality cuisine while accommodating a wide variety of dietary requirements and international cuisines, always delivering exceptional food and service with professionalism and creativity.
