Chef Caitlin Luet

I'm Caitlin, a talented chef based in Oakville (available across the GTA as well), Ontario, when available. I spend most of the year working on both private and charter yachts in the Caribbean. I specialize in creating beautiful, flavourful, and healthy dishes from across the world. With over 18 years of experience in the culinary world, I'm confident I can take your culinary experiences to the next level.

My expertise ranges from private dinner parties to large corporate events. I'm able to craft custom menus for any occasion, while keeping in mind all dietary requirements. Whether you're looking for something traditional or something innovative, I'll cater to your desires.

I have an eclectic range of cuisine ranging in French, Italian, Caribbean, Southern, Barbecue, East Asian and South Asian.

I'm also able to accommodate any dietary restrictions or allergies. I have worked with many including celiac, vegetarian, vegan, dairy free and simply catering to personal preference. I see this as a fun challenge and is never an inconvenience.
