I am a professional chef from Nepal. I started my study in cooking in Sydney and joined my first professional kitchen and it’s been about 3 years working as a chef in a bar. I wanted to experience more as chef in a private role as well as working as a kitchen team member. My background is Nepali and experienced cooking Nepalese cuisine but I am open to learn different cuisines and cooking techniques from around the globe.
