I am a professional chef with over 18 years of experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry. For the past 8 years, I have been the owner and head chef of my own restaurant in Spain, managing all aspects of the culinary operation, from menu creation and food preparation to kitchen management and customer experience.

Throughout my career, I have developed a creative and versatile cooking style that blends Mediterranean, Oriental, and fusion cuisines, always focusing on fresh, high-quality ingredients and carefully crafted dishes.
